MEDITATION: "HEALING SPIRITUAL EXHAUSTION"
Are you feeling bone tired? Emotionally exhausted? Wondering what your next step will be? How to take that next step because you have no idea where to put your foot? Often when we are confronted by an overwhelming feeling of not being able to do one more thing, we are being asked to rest. This is part of learning the process of true surrender. Surrender -- not as giving up -- but surrender in the truest spiritual sense of the word. Giving up our daily struggle just long enough to let our deep inner gifts begin to shine -- without any effort on our part. Being open to our spiritual journey does not make us exempt from experiencing the devastation of loss, the uncertainty that comes with change or the doubt that is almost always the precursor to expansive growth. In fact, juxtaposing the effortlessness that we experience when we are in flow with our spiritual Way can make the slower rhythms of the journey more visceral and lead us to question even more... In this meditation, a guided imagery journey is offered to allow you to enter the process of surrender with consciousness so you may enjoy some time to rest and to ponder. To rest before we must move forward again... Guidance will be called into the room to support your process and bolster your faith. To support you in putting one foot in front of the other until "Spirit begins to move you" again. Open to all. Newcomers welcome.
MEDITATION: "SANCTUARY"
This meditation focuses on the concept of Sanctuary -- and what it means to create this within ourselves so that we may come to view our outer world as a reflection and living manifestation of this Inner Light. By living the Light and our Love meaningfully, we contribute to the way we progress in life, in family, in community and as citizens of Earth. In this work, we open to seeing and feeling the unique beauty of all that appears in our world as active creations to our process. This is an invitation to join me in my work of motivating toward creating better tomorrows by living better todays. (Believe!)

On the First Friday of every month (except holiday weekends), join Mary Beth in co-creating a Community of Light at her Northern Fairfield County location from 8pm to 9:30pm. Within Sacred Space, Mary Beth leads a chakra clearing, grounding exercise and guided imagery meditation within a safe environment within the Light to facilitate the process of developing your own intuitive and psychic gifts. Inspiration is channeled... A portion of the evening is dedicated to allowing participants to practice sharing messages for themselves and others. Newcomers are welcome. 8th (SOUL STAR) CHAKRA ACTIVATION AND BALANCING
This meditation is to designed to open us to our next level of spiritual work and connect with Guidance that can support us in that work. The 8th Chakra that Mary Beth works with is the Soul Star Chakra located above the head. It is the chakra of Initiation and Co-Creation with the Divine. In this meditation, within group energy within Sacred Space, Mary Beth will guide a chakra clearing and balancing (including grounding & centering); facilitate an opening, attunement and balancing of the 8th Chakra to connect each individual with their next level of spiritual Work; attune each individual to the Guidance connected to this Work; facilitate a balancing of these energies into each person's aura and personal environment (home/work); balance the energies into the innerfairy space to provide support for these energies and facilitate an "energy send" of healing based on each person's individual gifts to wherever it is needed.

We all have the ability to travel with our consciousness. We do this every night when we dream - just (for most of us) not in a way that we can consciously control or manage. In this class, we explore the ability to become conscious of how we use our awareness to travel through time and space -- and to add our intention -- and attention -- to this process. Portals are openings through which energy enters and exits -- and avenues through which we may "travel" to connect with our Guidance. When we are learning to channel, it is important to become responsible to how we move with our consciousness through time and space. Where we choose to go, how we open and seal these energies, and how we keep track of our journey along the way are all essential parts of the work of Conscious Channeling and our safety within that process. In this class, we learn ways to direct our consciousness to journey with intention into deeper levels of awareness and consciousness within Sacred Space with emphasis on recognizing boundaries, working within protection and safety, and practicing discernment. We journey to meet several levels of Guidance as you are guided to move at your own pace to open your abilities and receive messages to the extent that you are ready.

This class combines the first two classes in the Channeling Series to provide a strong backdrop to move forward with the Chakra classes within the Conscious Channeling metriculation. This class serves as prerequisite to all other Channeling classes.

PIERCING THE VEIL: OPENING THE THIRD EYE

As complex dynamics reveal themselves, we are asked to know ourselves in relationship to our world in order to make conscious choices toward health. In this class, the relationship between physical vision and symbolic vision is explored as we expand our awareness to see how the mechanics of vision inform our understanding of "reality" and our place in it. Channeled guided imagery is provided within Sacred Space to awaken, open and attune the sixth chakra, the Third Eye to new levels of vision. Each class is tailored to the energies of the participants who gather. In these times of accelerated information exchange, we are called to view our self imposed limitations and open to the Infinite. In this class, you are invited to stretch toward your highest potential.
UNLEASHING TRUTH: OPENING THE THROAT CHAKRA

In the evolution of self and soul, we are asked to come to know and to speak our truth. Often, the self that we know is composed, in part, of projections and expectations imposed on us by others and even ourselves. In this class, within sanctuary in Sacred Space, channeled guided imagery is provided to help "cough up" what we have swallowed that is not ours -- and gently clear our throat centers so that we may allow our genuine, unique self to emerge -- without prejudice or preconceived notions. You are invited to be surprised as you unleash your own unique voice and discover your authentic truth within loving community.
AN INVITATION TO BREAK THROUGH: OPENING THE HEART

In this workshop, guided imagery is provided to assist in connecting with our Highest Guidance to allow us to turn inward to recognize our own hearts from an illumined vantage point. Here, while connected to Guidance, we explore what we hold in our hearts, let go of that which no longer serves us, and open to new possibilities. Within Sacred Space, we examine what we are ready to see, hear, feel and know as we open to love ourselves more deeply and by extension, share greater love on the planet. Channeled Guidance is shared to attune you to spiritual heart energies from your own Divine Guidance that, OVER TIME, can serve to clear your heart of unconscious patterns of resentment, bitterness and hidden hostility that prevent you from receiving and sharing the abundance of love that is your true spiritual nature. Within the interconnectedness of all things, a channeled invitation is extended to open our hearts to receive a download of Divine Love to Break Through our blocks to Love. The gift offered by Guidance in this workshop is an opportunity to experience a Breakthrough to Bliss when the synergy of Breaking Through reaches threshold in your world. The timing of the Breakthrough cannot be predicted. But, from experience, I share that it is experienced as moments of blissful "arrival".
ALIGNING THE WILL: BALANCING THE SOLAR PLEXUS

In the journey of life, we are constantly faced with issues of choice, power and control. In this workshop, we will endeavor to move and balance the energies of our solar plexus to align our self esteem more closely to our spiritual and divine aspects while recognizing the need to balance our personal power while supporting this center with healthy boundary setting.
ENTERING THE GARDEN: THE SACRAL CHAKRA

The Sacral Chakra or Belly Chakra is associated with our creativity and our sexuality. As the center of our richness and the place within our bodies from which all things take form, we will enter this chakra as our personal garden within the greater garden of the Universe -- to till the soil therein and tend to our lives as sacred creations of our unique expression within the interconnectedness of all things.
GROUNDING TO EARTH WITH LIGHT: THE BASE CHAKRA
PREREQUISITE: Intro to Conscious Channeling: Connecting with Spirit Guidance
The base or root chakra is where we connect with the physical world. It is the center from which we come to know our bodies and through which we connect to Mother Earth. Our fight or flight survival instinct is stored in this chakra as well as our sense of adventure, the serpentine kundalini energy, and the energies that provide the platform of our greatest potential. Our physical, mental and emotional health begin in this center. In this workshop, we will gently activate this center by infusing it with Divine Light and Love. After activating the center, we will attune and balance it to our energy field -- and explore ways to ground Light into our physical bodies -- and into the places we reside on the planet and in the places we gather in community.
DECIPHERING THE LANGUAGE OF SPIRIT

In the art of channeling, among the Gifts are the gift of Receiving, the gift of Interpretation and the gift of Saying. This class enters and explores the realm of Interpretation. Here, we draw upon the attunements experienced in the Chakra Series to decipher and decode the language of our own unique Guidance as we learn to open, pay attention and bring through messages in meaningful ways. Channeled Guidance will be provided to facilitate teh Interpretation process and begin laying the foundation for the process of Saying.
MANAGING THE ENERGY OF PROPHECY

What to do with all this Prophecy??? When we receive prophetic messages from others OR through our own Gifts of Guidance, we always have choices. How do we approach this? How do we hear this? What do we do with this? And when necessary, how do we mitigate it? This class is designed to illuminate the process of prophecy and how the energy comes into form and what we can do with it. There will be teaching, questions and answers, and a chakra clearing and guided meditation to Empower and Align you to the Prophecy Process - within and without.

In this workshop, you are asked to bring the tools you are collecting to carry with you when you are called to do spiritual work. These can be the tools you will use for clearing, setting protection, creating Sacred Space and invoking your Guidance as well as whatever you deem necessary to do your Soul work in the world. Channeled energy and guided imagery will be provided to align you with the next level of your work, support in offering that work in the world, and to empower your tools to that purpose.

In this workshop, we move more deeply into our soul's calling by attending to the auditory channel. Here, we learn to listen to the ways in which we hear and explore new ways to attend to the multidimensional layers of sound. Channeled Guidance is provided, unique to the giftedness of each class participant, to provide instruction on how to listen, how to hear, and how (or if) to interpret the messages as we receive them. Focus is also provided to open the hearing channel for future development of this gift over time.

Instruction includes how to look, view, witness, and open our eyes and third eyes to interpret the messages in our physical and metaphysical worlds. Focus is also provided to open the Vision channel for future development of this gift over time.
CHANNELING PRACTICUM: CHAKRA CLEARING & TUNING IN

This healing meditation includes a chakra clearing and a facilitation of connecting with your Highest Guidance to open to receiving and sharing messages for yourself and others within Sacred Space.
TAROT FOR REBELS AND BEGINNERS, AN INTRODUCTION THROUGH THE HIGH PRIESTESS CARD
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TAROT DECK TO CLASS
If you are like me, the whole system of the Tarot is daunting if you pick up a deck and a book. Just forget about it. It's too overwhelming... But... if you throw out the book and decide to take on the Tarot one story at a time, you may find yourself in a world rich with imagery, symbolism, significance and hope. That's how I had to do it anyway. When I was 26, a woman who read cards put a deck in front of me and told me to give her a reading. Much like Butterfly in Gone With The Wind, I said something like "I don't know nothin' 'bout readin' no cards!" But sure enough, I put some cards from The Medicine Woman Tarot down on a table in no specific order and started weaving a story that I could imagine being told by the picture in each card. It was random. It was intriguing. It felt like make-believe. But, apparently, there was Truth in there. This class is designed to offer you that same opportunity. This class combines the first two classes in the Channeling Series to provide a strong backdrop to move forward with the Chakra classes within the Conscious Channeling metriculation. This class serves as prerequisite to all other Channeling classes.
In these times of shift and change, Spirit seeks to communicate with us in meaningful ways. Each of us has a unique way of being in this world. Likewise, we each have unique Guidance available to us from the realm of Mystery. Are you curious about your own Guidance? Would you like to open yourself to the gifts of Guidance? Accepting Guidance involves learning to listen, to hear, to look, to see, to touch and to feel in new ways. Re-evaluating how we use our senses unveils a dynamic, fascinating world of messages. Working with Guidance is an ever-evolving process. Explore the possibilities through a guided imagery journey within Sacred Space. There are no prerequisites for this workshop. All levels of spiritual development are welcome. This workshop covers creating Sacred Space, setting protection, the ethics of Conscious Channeling, a guided imagery journey to connect with your Guidance and an opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions. Portals are openings through which energy enters and exits. When we are learning to channel, it is important to become responsible about how we move with our consciousness through time and space. In this class, we will learn ways to direct our consciousness to journey with intention into deeper levels of awareness and consciousness with emphasis on creating Sacred Space, working within protection and safety, and practicing discernment. As complex dynamics reveal themselves, we are asked to know ourselves in relationship to our world in order to make conscious choices toward health. In this class, the relationship between physical vision and symbolic vision is explored as we expand our awareness to see how the mechanics of vision inform our understanding of "reality" and our place in it. Channeled guided imagery is provided within Sacred Space to awaken, open and attune the sixth chakra, the Third Eye to new levels of vision. Each class is tailored to the energies of the participants who gather. In these times of accelerated information exchange, we are called to view our self imposed limitations and open to the Infinite. In this workshop, guided imagery is provided to assist in connecting with our Highest Guidance to allow us to turn inward to recognize our own hearts from an illumined vantage point. Here, while connected to Guidance, we explore what we hold in our hearts, let go of that which no longer serves us, and open to new possibilities. Within Sacred Space, we examine what we are ready to see, hear, feel and know as we open to love ourselves more deeply and by extension, share greater love on the planet. Channeled Guidance is shared to attune you to spiritual heart energies from your own Divine Guidance that, OVER TIME, can serve to clear your heart of unconscious patterns of resentment, bitterness and hidden hostility that prevent you from receiving and sharing the abundance of love that is your true spiritual nature. The Sacral Chakra or Belly Chakra is associated with our creativity and our sexuality. As the center of our richness and the place within our bodies from which all things take form, we will enter this chakra as our personal garden within the greater garden of the Universe -- to till the soil therein and tend to our lives as sacred creations of our unique expression within the interconnectedness of all things.
GROUNDING TO EARTH WITH LIGHT: THE BASE CHAKRA

The base or root chakra is where we connect with the physical world. It is the center from which we come to know our bodies and through which we connect to Mother Earth. Our fight or flight survival instinct is stored in this chakra as well as our sense of adventure, the serpentine kundalini energy, and the energies that provide the platform of our greatest potential. Our physical, mental and emotional health begin in this center. In this workshop, we will gently activate this center by infusing it with Divine Light and Love. After activating the center, we will attune and balance it to our energy field -- and explore ways to ground Light into our physical bodies -- and into the places we reside on the planet and in the places we gather in community.

If you are like me, the whole system of the Tarot is daunting if you pick up a deck and a book. Just forget about it. It's too overwhelming... But... if you throw out the book and decide to take on the Tarot one story at a time, you may find yourself in a world rich with imagery, symbolism, significance and hope. That's how I had to do it anyway. When I was 26, a woman who read cards put a deck in front of me and told me to give her a reading. Much like Butterfly in Gone With The Wind, I said something like "I don't know nothin' 'bout readin' no cards!" But sure enough, I put some cards from The Medicine Woman Tarot down on a table in no specific order and started weaving a story that I could imagine being told by the picture in each card. It was random. It was intriguing. It felt like make-believe. But, apparently, there was Truth in there. This class is designed to offer you that same opportunity. Are you feeling bone tired? Emotionally exhausted? Wondering what your next step will be? How to take that next step because you have no idea where to put your foot? Often when we are confronted by an overwhelming feeling of not being able to do one more thing, we are being asked to rest. This is part of learning the process of true surrender. Surrender -- not as giving up -- but surrender in the truest spiritual sense of the word. Giving up our daily struggle just long enough to let our deep inner gifts begin to shine -- without any effort on our part. Being open to our spiritual journey does not make us exempt from experiencing the devastation of loss, the uncertainty that comes with change or the doubt that is almost always the precursor to expansive growth. In fact, juxtaposing the effortlessness that we experience when we are in flow with our spiritual Way can make the slower rhythms of the journey more visceral and lead us to question even more... In this meditation, a guided imagery journey is offered to allow you to enter the process of surrender with consciousness so you may enjoy some time to rest and to ponder. To rest before we must move forward again... Guidance will be called into the room to support your process and bolster your faith. This meditation focuses on the concept of Sanctuary -- and what it means to create this within ourselves so that we may come to view our outer world as a reflection and living manifestation of this Inner Light. By living the Light and our Love meaningfully, we contribute to the way we progress in life, in family, in community and as citizens of Earth. In this work, we open to seeing and feeling the unique beauty of all that appears in our world as active creations to our process.
